Established in 1957 by Howard and Anne Freyvogel Hanna, with a single office in Pittsburgh, the family-owned Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is now the #1 family-owned and operated broker in the country. Founded as the Howard Hanna Company, the family business was an integral part of growing up in the Hanna household. As a Commercial Realtor, David Nianouris has marketed, managed and sold retail, office, multi-family and industrial real estate since 1978. He is also an investor in commercial, industrial-flex, medical offices, development land, along with residential holdings. He has developed numerous residential and commercial developments in the Dayton area through his David Paul Development LLC. David provides services as a Receiver for five regional lenders covering OH, PA, IN and KY.
